Passive voice I
I have such a problem with passive voice. More than that, i have a problem with the word “seem”. I need someone to tattoo Seem on my butt so that I remember how much I need to not use it. In 5 pages I used seem like 30 times, a search revealed. Is it all this Politically correct bullshit that makes me so passive or is it some kind of inborn need to please others? I meander around points, I waffle on issues, I break up tense moments with indecision. It is like I want to fail. My group all noticed it instantly, why can I not? I really need to work on this, like priority number one. Well, beyond actually writing and finishing.
